I have a good suggestion to prevent your weight from gaining. I read the article about the relationship btween blood types and foods.

The article said that  efficient diet ways are different depending on blood types; For example, the blood type O people’s body has a good ability  to digest meat, so eating meat is better than other foods to avoid gaing weight. Blood type A people are able to digest vegetable so well; eating vegetable is efficient to do diet for A people.

These differences come from our ancestors.  Blood type O’s ancestors were hunters; they ate meat everyday, so their stomachs were good at digesting meat. Blood type A’ s ancestors were agrarians, so they had vegetable-based diet. By Climatic changes, blood type B appeared. In addition, blood type AB were created by mixing A and B. These two blood typles are morden blood types.

Threrefore, efficient foods for your diet are different depending on your blood types. If you have a plan to diet during summer break. It is a good way to check your blood types’ foods.

After summer break, you might get a perfect body shape!!!

do you believe the end of the world?

recently, i read some article about that, scenice said in 2012, the sun will have a big change, and  the sun’s rediation with damange our earth, so all the humans will die in that monent.

do you believe that? actually i believe that, because of our human beings! we are damanging our earth now, we made a lot of garbege, and we use our resocuse too too too much!that’s not ok!

if we don’t want to die, so we have to protect our environment from now, this is the only we that we can avoid this desaster.

           Chrysler (Chrysler LLC) had submitted its application for bankruptcy reorganization for the the request of the U.S. government on  Thursday. At the same time，Obama announced that the Italian car manufacturer Fiat (Fiat SpA) have agreed to form an alliance with Chrysler.

          In terms of Chrysler, Chrysler filed for bankruptcy protection and the agreement with Fiat will help them to end the losses of continued many year, and also it will end the market share declining opportunities.

         From this news, I realized the financial crisis affect a lot of kind of company, not only fanancial system. It affect the car manufacturer today. Maybe, tommorrow is school, maybe, tommorrow is hospital. No body knows. The best way is tried our best to get out of the trouble.

            This is Forest. During this time, the swine flu is very popular in the world. It is a horrible virus. Every one is scard about tha swine flu virus.  So almost every country is increasing the alert to avoid the verus affcet into thier country.

            Chinese Authorities has found a people with Swine flu virus who took the flight from Mexico to Shanghai, China. Chinese Authprities tried their best to find the people who took the same flight with the person who had gotten the swine flu versus. There are around 50 airline passengers had been quarantined by the Hong Kong authprities and had been sent to the sick man’s hotel. And other 41 airline passengers who treaveled to Guang Dong province, there had been already37 people have placed in isolation.

            From this case. I think the swine flu is a big chelleng for all the people in the world. we must cooperate with our government to control the swine flu.

The book says

2 families, they were plan to have a perfect Christmas day.

the first family, their 3 daughters will going to anther city to college, so this will be the last christmas they will stay at home.

the other family, because their son got a very heavy heart  disease, so maybe this is his last christmas to live.

one day, the first family’s older daughter was dead by accident,  and their family decided to give their daughter’s heart to other people, and help their daughter keep her life going. and the 2nd family’s son is the luck one, he got theis heart.

Finally the 2 family have their christmas together.

that’s a perfect day, it’s a really good novel, i hope you can read that, because some details in this book is very interseted.

Today is fool’s day.

I read about an article about it.Actually, the origin is still uncertain. However,  there are some theories.

One theory says that the New Year’s day was April 1st in France long long years ago. However, the Pope decided to move the Year’s day from April 1st to January 1st.  However, some people who lived in rural regions refused the change, and kept cerebrating the New Year’s day in April 1st.  Other Frenh cpeople called them “April fools.”

In other theory, Some people regard fool’s day as the beginning of spring.  

 I think it was a really interesting article. No one know the origin of fool’s day, but we still enjoy this day. In some countries, people make up huge lies, sometimes these lies cause the serious problems; If you trick some one, please use pretty funny lies. Do not use too serious ones!! Your lies might make people upset. 

If you do not still trick someone, you can do it with your great humor. Today is only one change to forgive your lie!!!

From this article I got to know, a lot of American bank argue to become a temporary nationalization bank in the future, because the effect of financial crisis, the assist of the bank declined clearly. A lot of bank face to the danger of closed, a lot of investor growing their confidence about the bank by this news, but the reaction of the stock market is not easy to understand, the two main index (Dow Jones Industrial Average and NASDAQ index) of the stock market is continue to decline, especially, it shows on the banking stock.

However, I think that change the bank from privatization to nationalization is the first step the government should do. If the banks are the lack of government management, I believe the second financial crisis will come soon. Because the primary cause of financial crisis is the bank pursue the super high profit and provide the loan to the low credit people without the management of the government.

I want take about some Asia girl.

I read article about Asia girl,their parents think send a girl go to school and get job is not very necessary.

So most Asia family decide to send their girls to learn some skill, such as dance,sing or play some instrements. In their opinion, a good husbend better than a good job. And man should earn enough money to provide for their wivies. But a girl need have a skill, a good skill can built their temperament and it can make them more charming, and earlier to find a good man.

   But I don’t think so, I also think girl need have knowladge as man, girl should independent man. learn some skill absolutelly a good thing. but just for fun or intersting, not for be married with a rich guy.
